IV-Tx Trial Information & Agreement

INFORMATION:

Infusion Therapy Informatics System (IV-Tx) is available for trialing for a period of 15 days. Your trial period begins the day of installation. As such, it is highly recommended that you have ready and in place all the necessary requirements and personel who may be required for installation and use of this system. Failure to do so could result in wasting a number of your trial days gathering these resources.

Requirements:

* PC running Microsoft Windows 2000 and newer.

* Administrator rights to the PC installation will take place on.

* If using the handheld features of this system, then additionally Palm OS handhelds should be in place, with all related software from Palm already installed and the device(s) successfully HotSynced at least one time.

AGREEMENT & CONDITIONS OF TRIAL:

By continuing beyond this page, you are electronically indicating you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the trial. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then do not login and enter the download section.

By continuing you agree and acknowledge:

* IV-Tx is commercial software and is not FREEWARE/SHAREWARE. As such the only acceptable means of obtaining a copy and installing this system is directly from Gack-Apps LLC. Obtaining copies via any other means can constitute software piracy.

* The software is provided free for ONLY 15 days for the purposes of trialing to evaluate features, use and compatibility prior to your making your decision to purchase.

* The software can only be downloaded for YOUR own evaluation needs and can NOT be shared with others. If others express an interest in trialing as well, they will need to contact Gack-Apps LLC for permission and have a trial account established for themselves.

* Once the trial period is over and should you decide not to purchase IV-Tx, the software must be entirely uninstalled from your PC and all downloaded installers you have obtained from Gack-Apps LLC must be deleted and any cd's copies you've made destroyed.

* Failure to comply to these terms and conditions or any attempts to circumvent the trial limitations may result in you/your company being billed for the current purchase price of IV-Tx system.
