Description and Features:
Looking for an easy to use means of recording your software registration information, then give Regodex a try! Just enter this information into your Regodex and anytime you need to refer to it, with a few taps of your stylus you’ll have it at your finger tips. No longer will you have to shuffle through piles of paper or through folder after folder trying to remember where you put that little piece of paper!

Features include: Color graphics for color devices. Palm OS 5 compatible. User defined categories….ie: PC software, Palm Software…etc. Optional password protected access. Export to system Memo Pad application for easy printing using most third party print utilities.


Security provided at application entrance by personalized PIN! Registered users can change this as often as you like, or leave it OFF all together.	Software displays in a large easy to read table. To view or edit...merely tap the entry! To add a new...tap Add New Registration.

Software details are quick and easy to enter or read for reference.	User defined drop down boxes for both Platform and Class, help speed up redundant data entry!

Populate these drop down boxes as you see fit. YOU determine how to Classify your software!	If the primary form does not contain all the information you'd like to store with your registration information...tap the corresponding icon and you can free-form enter data as you see fit.

Tap the "i" in the upper right hand corner of each of the primary forms to show INFO or TIPS pertaining to that form.	Several useful function added to menus! Ex: Dup. Record for speeding up similar entries. Export menus to export to system Memo Pad application and/or to DOC format to be backed up to your backup folder after HotSync.

General Notes:
Palm OS 5.0 COMPATIBLE! This application is in its initial public release state. It has been tested on Visor Prism and POSE (Palm OS Emulator) both running Palm OS v 3.5 and 4.1 and runs w/o any noticeable bugs as of yet. The author makes no guarantee that this application will be backward compatible beyond v3.5 Palm OS however, obviously this application should be just fine with later/new versions of Palm OS. Try it before you buy it!

Regodex was written with the color Palm device in mind. However, the graphics used tested fine on my b/w POSE, just obviously not as visually appealing as on the color screens. Graphics are almost as nice on grey scale screens as they are on the COLOR one!

Installation Notes:
To install Regodex, one should simply only need to run the downloaded "Regodex.exe" once extracted from the .zip file. A HotSync of the palm will obviously also be required to complete the installation. Regodex uses several add-on libraries so the author has decided to release this application using the public/free version of Beiks Pilot Catapult© versus troubling the user with having to manually install all the required files.
